Description of the training program (training course)

A training program that focuses on building the strategic plan and the operational plan with a modern scientific methodology. The participant gains the knowledge and skills necessary for sound and effective planning according to specific perspectives that contribute to as well as focusing on identifying strategic thinking and strategic orientation through the skills of formulating the vision and mission statement and the skills of deriving institutional values ​​and formulating goals in a smart way through analyzing the reality of the organization, quadratic analysis or SWOT analysis and identifying strategic issues in the organization and determining institutional priorities with diagnosing reality and identifying obstacles (cognitive, skill, behavioral) that may hinder the implementation of strategies. The program is based on labor applications in most activities. The program is also interested in building the strategic map of the organization. It also focuses on the starting points of the operational plan and how to schedule tasks according to importance and develop a schedule of potential risks and develop appropriate alternatives in the event of their occurrence necessary to evaluate the strategic plan and the plan.
